The honey wheat bread we purchased was exquisite!
Stopped in this weekend because I was in the area and have never been here. First and foremost, I noticed the interior to be super clean and has a great relaxing atmosphere. The young lady at the counter greeted me and my son and asked if we had questions. I told her we had never been here and she offered us a sample of bread and answered a few questions. She was so friendly and professional! Since we had just had lunch, we were looking for sweets and they did not disappoint! We opted for sugar and chocolate chip cookies and some sort of berry and cream cheese pastry. Price was incredible for the size of the items we got! I was expecting to pay way more and was pleasantly surprised at my total. The taste of everything we had was amazing! We will be back for more sweets for sure and plan to have lunch next time as well!
First time visit today and will definitely be back. Really enjoyed the grilled Italian on focaccia bread. Very friendly staff.
I regularly enjoy the hospitality offered at this great little cafe. The staff couldn't be friendlier, and if I ask a question someone can't answer, THAT person keeps asking until the answer is found. ????Today's hospitality was no exception. On the taste bud side of things, one of our party of 5 enjoyed delicious chicken salad, and if you like it firm, not wet and runny, you'll be a fan. The breakfast sandwich was also a hit, as well as my simply made, but done just right, yogurt parfait. I washed it down with a cup of dark, locally roasted Lamplighter coffee and was well satisfied. One item not enjoyed was the broccoli cheddar soup. Though it had good texture and portion size, it was rather bland. Oh well. The bread of course, was fresh baked and yummy, and the fresh brewed iced tea also satisfied. And who doesnt like a deal? I got to bring home the hearty pumpernickel loaf that was 2 days too old for 1/2 price. Yay! All together a great experience and value. I shall return, as usual.
Walked in and was offered a free slice of bread to taste with spread. It was an everything bread and it was delicious. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and large coffee. The coffee was handed to me right away and the sandwich came out very quick. This place has a wonderful atmosphere and great interior design. It’s kept very clean and the windows bring in great natural light.
