The girl who took my order today was friendly and accommodating to my iced coffee with “just a little bit of sugar” (which I realize is picky and vague) but the coffee was great and I appreciated her good service. I’ll definitely be back just based off my good experience.

Just coffee purchased. No creamers just syrup flavored. Not the best choice but coffee itself was good

General Manager AL did a great job resolving my issue which I had at the drive thru. Turns out the woman who I had an issue with is still in training. I am glad I called the store to get a better understanding of what happened. People are human and we all make mistakes, especially when in training. I have been a patron to this store since they opened and will continue to come back now that I know the managers there DO care and WILL make it right if they mess up. I get the usual thing every morning and they get it right most of the time if not, the food is still delicious and I keep going. Please be patient with this store as they are still new and some may have never worked a job before. Thanks to AL and his customer service, I will continue to give them my money. They can only get better with time.
