Kickback Jack's

It's a pretty decent place. The grilled wings are good, and they don't try to wow you with a billion different sauces. There's only five or six choices, and they're all pretty tasty and basic. To be honest, except for appetizers (cheese fries are pretty good!) the only thing I've ever ordered here are the wings!

It's competent casual dining. I'm taking one star off because of the three or four times that I've been, I've always felt like the service is just a little bit slow. Not horrible, but a little bit. Servers don't come by the table a lot, and food doesn't come out of the kitchen that quick, either. Your mileage may vary. Servers have always been super friendly and helpful, though!

I visited at the tail end of the lunch hour. It was my first time eating at a Kickback's. The staff was super outgoing and inviting. The facility was pretty clean and me and my party opted to eat outside which was nice. The waitstaff started appearing to take our group's order and I was surprised to see that the ladies all wore the skimpiest, tight and revealing shorts. It was a little distracting at first. I felt it was a bit unprofessional but I didn't know if this was something the chain was known for or not. Anyway, despite the outfits, the ladies were very professional and super nice. I ordered a chicken dish and when it came out it looked very appealing. The flavor however was not. It was very bland and the chicken was dry. Because of the size of my party and our limited time, I didn't address the food or feel like I could get the kitchen to give it another shot. Based on my experience, I might go back with the office party, but I wouldn't take my wife there to eat on my own time.

The food was great and the service was out of this world! Our waitress was very friendly and was incredibly helpful. My salad was great and our appitizers were excellent l plan on coming back again soon!
