Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

My sister and I went to Red Robin for lunch. We had an awesome waitress named Jessica. She made sure that we had what we needed and went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was a good one. The food was delicious! We will most definitely return.

Great atmosphere. Burgers were good. Love the endless fries. Great family restaurant. I'll be back.

I'm not sure if tonight something was going on but the service was slow and overall it was disappointing. There wasn't anyone up front to seat customers and had to ask someone working the bar for help. After being seated it took some time before anyone came over to take drink orders. I'm going to assume that something was going on (perhaps understaffed) as this is not the usual. Food (chili) was room temperature/cold and arrived with no spoons. Salad was oddly warm, warmer than chili!
Overall not a great experience.
PS if you're heading to the bathroom beware, the floors can be very slippery!!

The Royal Red Robin burger will always be my favorite burger ever with the fried egg on top with the yolk runny it is absolutely delicious and I get it every single time I go to any Red Robin location. But what made this visit so different was our server her name was Julie. Julie was the best server I have had in a very long time. Very friendly very personable very efficient very on-point very knowledgeable and a pure delight. You're particular establishment of Red Robin should feel extremely lucky to have an employee of that caliber in your establishment

I'm pretty sure I've posted about this location before, but it's great. No matter when we go there we've never waited more than 10-15 minutes. Our servers have all been great and I like that the managers frequent the tables and check on the customers. I've never had a bad meal or server. This is, hands down, one of our family's go-to spots.
