Texas Roadhouse

Had a great experience here. Our hostess Lexi was very friendly and helpful. She regularly checked and made sure we were good. Food was fairly priced, was made quickly and was great. We got a lot of food from the bread all the way to the steak, it was all excellent. I highly recommend and we will be returning.

While I absolutely love Texas Roadhouse and their food (especially the rolls!) I am only giving 4 stars because I frequently have poor service.
Regardless of the slow and forgetful wait staff I sometimes experience the restaurant is clean and well kept.
The food is always delicious and comes out with minor or no mistakes. I rarely have anything come from the kitchen not as ordered.
I especially like the app that allows me to check in while on the way to cut down on waiting at busier times.

Our server, a young student at Virginia State University in the master's program, was excellent. He was attentive, he was engaging. He anticipated our needs prior to our expressing them. The food however was quite spices for non-drinkers. I understand that the appetizers are designed that way so that you will increase your consumption of beverages. Having elderly parents and a young grandchild with me made it difficult to encourage them to eat the food that they said was too spicy. The ribs were falling off the bone tender and were enjoyed. The request to have the vegetables cooked well was honored.

I had the 10 oz. Prime rib, baked sweet potato. It was delicious. The prime rib was very tender. My baked sweet potato was also delicious. They bring you these fantastic rolls with cinnamon butter. The drinks are also very good. Excellent service. I recommend Texas Roadhouse! ????????
