Windy Hill Golf Course and Sports Complex

I love this facility. Driving range situated at the highest point in Chesterfield County, on a hill, so when standing at the tees, the tops of the treeline across the way is at eye level. A very good Go Kart track that is longer and has more turns than most. The only facility I know of that has both a nine hole regulation course and a nine hole par 3. The par 3 is lit during summer for night golf, if you haven't done that it is highly enjoyable.

The only suggestion I have, and the only reason I don't give 5 stars, is to do something about the mini golf. They have two 18 hole courses, that are extremely flat, basic and unupdated.

I really think that to be competitive with other mini golf courses in the area, or better, they should take out those 36 basic holes and use the space to put in one 18 hole course that is much more involved and challenging. As a mini golf loving family, we would spend all the more money at this facility if they did that one thing.

If you expect a practice environment for golf, baseball/softball or go cart fun this a good spot. Quality of the course is as expected for the price. It is a place to get out and practice some shots. Driving range has mats and grass, smallish practice green and practice trap. Enough and for the price is well worth it.

My first time here and it's very nice. The range is neat and the pro shop is very nice.
