“Decent food as decent as McDonald's is going to get. I would give it a (5*) for the food but of course that's not the only thing that counts. Inside it wasn't very clean (3*), the employees were nice but not that attentive to customer's orders. Twice in two days they got the orders wrong and took forever to complete them (2*). So all in all if you have time to spare and don't expect anything great than this place is your to go spot.”

Kristine seemed very nice to me, people that are leaving reviews about bad customer service must need someone to be over the top cheesing and kissing butt.”

“My husband and I came in just to get wings to go. The wait time was 20 minutes (no problem). So we decided to get a drink at the bar. The drinks are made very well, you'll be surprised how many bartenders can get a club soda and vodka wrong. Daniel made our drinks perfect!!! The take out came and we decided to eat at the bar. The wings were ????????????, drinks ???????????????? were ????????????. Also love the music, DJ played a variety of songs that you can sing to. Very down to earth atmosphere. We'll try to go back for happy hour.....hopefully it is as good as tonight.”

“By far, best hookah establishment in the Richmond area. I don't know anywhere else that serves alcohol, food and hookah all-in-one. The staff are friendly and exceed the customer service standard. The pricing is reasonable! Some great amenities to mention are a public video game console, very clean restrooms, music, open lounging and huge TVs. “We arrived around 2pm on a Sunday afternoon and we were seated immediately. There was one waitress for the entire restaurant, so getting drinks and refills was tremendously slow. Unfortunately, we waited 2 hours to receive our food. My collard greens and macaroni and cheese was cold, and the waitress brought me the wrong food 3 times. The food was seasoned well, but they really need to work on their service and wait times. I realize this is a fairly new place, so I will give them another chance.”

Surprisingly, I had possibly the best fried oysters here than I can remember EVER having... including oysters enjoyed during regular beach vacations! They are in the process of building staff as well as clientele, so, as with any new locally owned restaurant, reasonable patience is needed. But the great food and bargain prices make it well worth your wait!”

“we have placed so many orders at the Vocellis at oxbridge! This evening 3/13 we placed and order and I ordered a Diet Pepsi since I am a type 1 diabetic. I was unfortunately was given a Pepsi. I told the gentleman that I could not drink that. He offered to go back but I didn't want him to have to do that. As we were eating the doorbell ran and the gentleman went back and brought me the correct soda! That was so great! He should be commended! I work in retail and what he did even after I let him know he didn't have to was great! Thank you for that!”
