IHOP

On vacation from Charlotte we stopped by this location and was very satisfied with the overall experience. Food was great and service was awesome as well. Our waitress was Nai. She personally went back to cook our grits to make sure it all came out together and hot. The grits were perfect! Great Experience.

I've been to this location twice. Both times the place was busy, but we were seated either immediately or within 5 minutes of arriving. They don't seem to have any shortage of help cause I see tons of servers. I haven't been to an IHOP in almost 3 or 4 years so I noticed the menu had been updated. I love the changes so far. The food was great both times. Service was good the first time and decent the second time. Like I said it was busy both times so I wasn't expecting her to be at the table every 30 seconds, but it was relatively slow. However, she did a great job of keeping hands on our table and making sure we were good kn between her other 5 tables. Overall, great.
