Skrimp Shack

Food is good and made fast. Staff are wonderful. Had a great experience with William today. They were out of cookies, he had the staff make me some fresh. I was very appreciative!

A little hard to find but definitely worth the trip. Generous portions prepared fresh. probably the best fried shrimp I've ever had. Very light batter and very tasty. The flounder was great too. And I've never seen a bigger brownie! The staff was super friendly. Definitely go. I'll be back.

The Skrimp Shack is conveniently located in Colonial Heights, VA. The customer-service was exceptional and the personnel were very accommodating. The choices of seafood was extraordinary with a wide variety of sides and beverages to quench your thirst. Prices are affordable and reasonable. Overall, I would give the establishment 10 stars if it were possible????????

Normally this place is pretty good. Service was so so. They just aren’t that friendly. My friend that i was with had a question and the cashier didn’t know, so she asked the cook, he didn’t know, so he attempted to ask the manager and he was so rude to his employee because he was on the phone. In my opinion, he did the right thing by trying to get the managers attention but for the manager to get so snappy with him in front of us, the customers, that was not okay. It was actually extremely rude.
There wasn’t a what can i fix for you or answer for you or even a thank you for your patience. It was a “what’s the problem?!” FROM THE MANAGER!!!
Wow.... will probably return for a meal... but the speed of service sucks and the team could use some training in customer service.

I've never had a bad experience here! I have visited several times and had several of their dishes. You can't go wrong! Sometimes they are very busy after 5:00pm, but they handle the line quickly and effectively!
