    Arrived at almost closing ordered beef and cheddars staff was extremely friendly and courteous food was fantastic

    This spot is inside the gas station. The food was made fresh and hot to order. The dining area was open. Staff was very nice.

    Posting a new review based on to-go order for 7/11. The food was HORRIBLE, practically inedible! We paid $19.86 for 2 combos. I got a med. classic roast beef & cheddar (dry w/little cheddar on it)& my partner got lg bacon cheddar brisket (no flavor,stale) combo! We BOTH got crinkle cut fries that were hard, gross & tasted like dirty grease! Fries are my FAVORITE food & I NEVER, NOT eat my fries... well, I could NOT eat these! We were totally disgusted & disappointed 😞, especially w/the cost of food! Going out to eat is a special treat for us... We can't do it very often (can't afford to)& this literally made us sick 🤢! Needless to say, we ALL know how calling to complain goes?!? So, I'm hoping this review will help someone else's experience. Definitely ask for fresh food or avoid Arby's 🙂!
