Papa John's Pizza

There's pizza sauce is too much

Service was subpar. I'm guessing at this particular Papa John's I was suppose to ask for the quantity of bacon to be added onnthe pizza? e.g, "can I please have 10 slices added to my large pizza?" Because I received at the most, 2 pieces that may had been broken in to two.

I am a big PaPa John's fan. However, I do expect to receive my pizza as ordered.

There was a whole 1 person working, other than the delivery guy. Therefore, I feel this may had been the attributing factor in lack of customer service. Out of 10, where 10 being best, I give him 7.

Food was prepared in a timely manner. However the breadsticks had a lot of either grease or butter. It had soaked through the box and onto the seat of my car. Not happy about that. That aside, the food tasted great!

I just want to share my experience... I am very happy with the customer service! My daughter cannot eat pizza sauce. I put my order through the app thinking I had selected 'no sauce'. I picked up ny pizza without checking.... got home annnnd the pizza had sauce. I called and spoke to someone and had them check on my order and OF CoURSE I forgot to select no sauce... i asked if they would make another and i would come get it and pay for it. I came to pick up my pizza and the gentleman told me it was no charge to me... thank you!!!! Thank you SO much!
