    Love the decor and self-service kiosk at West Main location...and the funky decor. Food is always good too

    We went yesterday for a quick dinner to McDonald's, we can't be more satisfied with the service, great place, and a delicious food!

    Usually good, fast service. When ordering salads, watch what dressing you are given. Three times wrong dressing was given to us

    Five Star Plus rating McDonald's Kernersville location Highway 150 close right beside I-40. Very fast service no wait time I have no complaints I will be visiting visiting this McDonald's very soon. Thank you McDonald's management employees staff for making our visit very very enjoyable
