“Meal was ok. I was really hungry and anticipated a good meal. Needs more flavoring to the food. Ordered a Philly cheese steak and sweet tea. Husband had the meatless spaghetti. His spaghetti had a cubed piece of bread, which was like a crouton for him. Maybe just a tip for Frank's! Please add bread sticks with butter n garlic with the spaghetti. Spaghetti was a large serving. My Philly cheese steak, the bread was excellent but the cheese could of been Mozzarella. Yellow American is not a wise choice. Perhaps, I miss read, but I thought this restaurant was Italian. We had eaten here before and this is why we were return customers. Thanks, but we like Frank's, P.S. please add fries with the Philly cheese steak sandwich. Just maybe tweak your menu and Italian flair.”

“Friendly staff and delicious food. We did wait nearly an hour for our food though. Not sure if that's a common occurrence or a one-off. If you like beer with your pizza then you may want to go elsewhere. They don't serve beer. Of note, salads are as is; the menu says the "customer may remove disliked items from their salad themselves". Not the best option then for folks with food allergies. Lastly, if you choose to pay with a credit card be prepared to pay a credit card fee. However, there's plenty of notice to the customer about this practice so you know it before you order. All in all, we were satisfied. We'll definitely try them again.”
