(May 11, 2019, 11:36 pm)Eclectic little place. Happy vibe. Food was fresh. She crab soup was tasty but thin. Chicken Salad Salad was good. Definitely fresh. Friendly. Reuben was good; just the right amount of everything. Lemon cakes are delicious. And while you wait, you can shop the strange collection of items in the little shop area.

(March 8, 2019, 8:15 pm)Adorable old fashioned, whimsical decor in a historical building featuring friendly staff and excellent homemade soup! Fabulous and delicious experience! We were passing through while traveling, but we will return!

I've driven through Emporia hundreds of times and never gotten off of 95, but this place made me think it might be worth coming back to check out and spend a little more time in! The staff was helpful, friendly, and very attentive!
