They got a pretty cool ordering system

Great food, not so great portion sizes. Whenever it gets busy the portion sizes become noticeably smaller. It’s a shame the service is negatively impacted at the expense of the customer.

I love eating good tasting clean food. Panera Bread has gotten it down to a science. About two weeks ago, I was in Panera Bread in Clay, Ny and I had a really bad day. I ordered my food and I was short a little over $2.00 and I was going to change my order so that I would be able to afford my meal with put charging it. Well, there was a woman employee on that evening that gave me the money. I was so grateful. I was moved to almost tears because now a days it's so hard to find kinds people that do selfless acts anymore. I know, it's sometimes the little things that move the heart.

One of the best panera's I have been to. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They also have the tablets you can order from making it easier for people like me who order the same meal each time. The food came out quickly and I only had to wait about three minutes. The only downside is there isn't very much seating available inside of it but there is in the main area of the building.
