    Heavily underrated, had Gyudon and Pork Katsu, were both delicious and very immaculate. Also the owner is an absolute sweetheart!

    I wish place well because Centreville needs a good Japanese place.

    I’ve been to this restaurant the past two times and tried the Katsu Curry, Unagi Don, Salmon Poke, and Yakisoba. They. were. all. So. Good. 😭 highly highly recommend salmon poke. There’s more salmon than rice !! If you get this from anywhere else price would be $22+. It’s $15 here lol. In fact, everything on menu is $13-15 and the katsu curry at Genki izakaya is $20 or something but the one here tastes same if not better. The curry is Korean style and katsu is cooked perfectly crispy and fresh.
