IHOP

Nice new IHOP. Standard menu. Inside is very new and fresh. Good service from a very nice waitress. Will definitely go back. Just one issue that I have with IHOPs in general and that is that they bring you cold toast with butter if you ask for it, but of course the butter won't melt because the bread isn't hot. Other than that pretty good. This IHOP is new and getting established. Overall I think they did a pretty good job.

Checked in 930 on a Sunday morning; wait time given was 15 minutes; actual wait was about 10.
Ordered at about 945. Ordered from the "gluten friendly" options - real eggs, sausage, hash browns and gluten-free pancakes.
Food arrived 20-25 minutes later. It was ok, but definitely nothing special.
It *was* nice having a carafe of coffee on the table.
The place seemed super-busy - the ratio of employees to customers seemed really high; maybe because it's a new restaurant.
I'm not super-sensitive to gluten, did stick strictly to the "gluten friendly" menu items, but had a reaction shortly after; stay away if you have a serious gluten sensitivity.

Had a great tasting dinner ???? here at this brand new IHOP in Herndon. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful as well as informative and the dining rooms and surrounding areas are well maintained, organized and taken care of indeed. This place is super awesome indeed By The Way. 2 thumbs up ????! :)
