Dining options for happy hour are limited and not even worth the discounted price. A suggestion should be to expand happy hour options away from just small sliders and finger foods. On the other hand, the dining room offers a different perspective with succulent steaks and seafood pairings that will make you want to make a detour whenever you're on 123.

Really nice inside. Great customer service! We came here during restaurant week and impressed. I ordered steak medium should have gone with medium rare. Pasta an salmon were good too. Desserts are all good.

J.Gilbert's is a solid first class steak house/restaurant located in McLean Virginia, not far outside Washington, DC. The food is always perfectly prepared. While steaks and seafood are the mainstay of the menu, the chef will tinker creatively around the core offerings to provide some interesting and delicious new flavors. The bar is lively and entertaining. Reservations are a must.

Without a doubt another great brunch buffet, the only limit is it is only offered on Sunday. The selection may not be massive but the food itself is tasteful. The prime rib and omelet station are worth the while and include the raw bar you cannot go wrong. And it is worth every penny.

On Tuesday April 17 I brought 30 of my clients for happy hour here. We got the absolute BEST service and EXCELLENT apps and drinks. Everyone single one of my guests was thrilled and happy. They are still talking about it the next day. Shout out to our two waitresses who were polite, fast and top notch. Takes a lot to impress me and J. Gilbert's does just that every time I come dine here. BEST happy hour for your money in McLean or surrounding areas.
