Starbucks

This Starbucks is one of the best Starbucks I have been to in a long time. The customer service was wonderful! Greeting at the door, friendly staff upon ordering, confirmation that I received my whole order and the coffee tasted great! Pleasantly surprised and just wanted to give them a shoutout! Thanks again!

Chris is the kindest employee ever. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve come to Starbucks for lunch on a bad day and she has brightened my mood every time. She is thoughtful and caring and remembers my name and order. I just had to write a review since it’s been more than five occasions where she’s brightened my day exponentially. Don’t get me wrong- the whole crew at this Starbucks is extremely hardworking and kind! Chris just happens to have been the very best. Thank you, and I will be continuing to come here!

A small Starbucks that easily gets super crowded due to the large population in McLean it serves. Their parking right out in front is extremely limited which means you likely will have to park around the strip mall it is connected to in order to utilize it. A decent amount of tables given the small physical size of the store and the staff do a great job handling the immense flow of people.

The staff are amazing as usual, just incredibly nice as Starbucks employees are. However, I was constantly afraid for my safety in this SBux because the customers are incredibly rude and aggressive. In the span of 3 hours as I sat there, men came up to me twice asking me to move out of my chair, then escalating tensions after I politely refused. There were plenty of other charging ports and the man started a screaming match with me, calling me "entitled," when I told him I had the right to sit there as a paying customer. Definitely won't be frequenting this location as often. The customers here genuinely terrify me.
