URBAN HOT POT Mosaic

Staff was friendly, food was great. The reason I took off one star was because we ordered cake for dessert, the waiter told us it was coming, and it never did.

Glad I tried this hot pot place out! Definitely great food and the portion sizes are excellent. I feel like I can really try out more of the food without feeling like I'm being wasteful if I don't like something. The sauce bar is like any other hot pot place! The broths were great. My review should be a 4.5. The remaining 0.5 would be probably for a slightly more marinated meat section but definitely worth coming back to!

Nice all-you-can-eat hotpot place! Soup is delicious ,food is fresh. I give 4 stars because they miss the orders a lot. 1 order of shrimp only has two shrimp. When you place 5 orders for the groups (cause we have a group of 7) they may only give you one order. So you have to keep ordering, and they keep missing your orders. Hotpot is very good, but i just feel so tired of placing the orders all the time but not getting the food you want.

I was so happy to learn a Urban Hot Pot was opening closer to me and hoped at the chance to check it out. Everything is pretty much the same quality wise for the restaurant including food, drinks and sauce bar, however the main difference is the price (almost $5 more) but it accounts for how much I would spend in gas to get to rockville. Staff is very friendly and constantly ask if I'm doing alright or need anything. The restaurant is beautiful on the inside and pretty spacious.

Really good! Check out the sauce bar to the right. They have a conveyor belt that looks like it will be cool after the pandemic, open now and lots of options if you scroll through all the categories on the order tablet
