Tortas y Tacos La Chiquita II

Beef birria tacos were good, but not sure why the meat outside the tacos was so hard. I removed that, added some toppings and it was great. Also they need to give people an actual lime wedge.

This is excellent Pho and other quality dishes. I got the beef tripe and brisket, the broth is made from scratch, ingredients are very fresh and clean. (If you enjoy good cooking videos please visit cuisineQuest on YouTube!)

This is absolutely the BEST Mexican food in the area! We have been to the restaurant in Arlington and decided to give the new place in Falls Church a try. We had an assortment of tacos and a burrito and everything was delicious. I'm from California, so I know good, authentic Mexican food and this is outstanding! The restaurant is welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend. Excellent service!

We checked out this new place (for us and recently opened - original is in Arlington.) ¡Qué fiesta! Really authentic food [tortas, tacos, enchiladas, huaraches, nachos, but with their unique, Mexican flair); simple Decor in an ample space, Music from a Spotify playlist of serious Bachata & Salsa (w/ Luis Vargas, Romeo Santos - perfect); Chef from Chihuahua and owner from Mexico City! Browsing the menu provided items rarely seen in our area of NoVA: Appetizers, such as CHICHARRONES/&/GUACAMOLE, and Entrees, like HUARACHES CON CAMARONES or MOLÉ and TORTA/MILANESA/LENGUA, and Desserts, for example, TRES LECHES & MANGO MOUSE CAKE - ¡Ay yi yi! Muy Bién! I'm vegan so ordered Torta con Cactus and veggies with guacamole - it was deliciosa. My non-Latino hubby passed on the lengua, so ordered NACHOS Con POLLO. It also featured cactus - which turns out to be a super food with loads of fiber and a mild, yummy flavor. But really special was the seasoned chicken, showing attention to detail in simplest ingredients. Service was fast, from the appetizer, GUACAMOLE & TORTILLAS (but uniquely tasting with a zesty spice), to our mains. No cerveza, yet; but the staff was smiling & efficient. ¡Vamanos!

This place just opened recently so I tried it and I must say the Mexican food here is very authentic and delicious, and I love the lengua dish, it is so good! The waiters were friendly and attentive. The empanadas taste amazing, they are my favorite, and you should definitely try them! Prices are reasonable considering the portion size. I highly recommend this place if you want authentic Mexican cuisine!
