What a new fun place to eat. Indian and Mexican fusion talk to one another. We will come back for Thursday Salsa night, Friday Bollywood dance and Saturday Latino dance.
The ceviche was excellent with 3 fishes as well as the beef and chicken 'The Loco'. burrito. Good queso! Oh and the Mango martini- not too sweet 😊
The pieces of steak for my fajitas were too large to eat in a single bite (which is what I'm used to doing with fajitas) and they were too tough to actually bite through. This meant I had to cut everything into smaller pieces before I could eat. The flavors were good, though, so at least they got that right.
The buttered chicken enchiladas (or burritos - I don't remember which they were) had pats of butter in them. She said they were a flavorful fusion and she enjoyed them.
Last night ,
Almost 20 of us went there to celebrate international women day! The restaurant staff were very accommodating, and had reserved one section for us. inside decor is beautiful, cutlery ,’plates , glasses are pretty good. They have some unique drinks- I’ve not seen anywhere else in this area , some drinks are blend of Indian (Asian) - Mexican flavors !! Food is delicious - some ordered enchiladas , some ordered different kinds of tacos - chicken n even paneer (Indian cheese) etc and some ordered veggie Indian style burger , everything was tasty , not at all greasy as sometimes tacos can be. And then DJ was awesome ,
We had excellent time and I would highly recommend to check them out.
Our first visit. We were favorably impressed. Had read mixed reviews when they first opened, but I discarded them as it can take a bit to establish good routines.
We appreciated the decorating. It was festive, without being overbearing. The host/served was welcoming and allowed us to grab a booth. We were quite pleasantly surprised by the lunch specials. 5 tacos for $15 is unheard of. But wait, there's more! A house margarita is only $5!! Full disclosure, we're both margarita fans, but are usually quite disappointed in what we get in airport bars. We start every trip with double margaritas, and make sure not to get too much mix. My wife got one, and was quite happily surprised that it had a nice shot and fresh lime juice. I tasted and agreed.
The fusion of Indian and Mexican was intriguing. Their tandoori chicken tacos are FABULOUS! The salsa also hit the right notes, being very fresh and obviously well diced/mixed veggies that easily piled onto their house-made chips. We had to get more.
I had to ask for the manager to complement the first rate delivery, and met the owner too. Can't wait to go back. Besides Taco Tuesdays, they have a good happy hour we need to try.
The steak burrito bowl was really good! The beans were great. The rice was perfectly flavored. The chips were warmed. The portions were also good-sized, and you'll definitely be full. The veggie burrito can ve vegan if you remove the cheese. The services were great where they came frequently to see how we were doing. The owner also stopped by and gave our table a dessert on the house.
