My review is closer to 4.5 stars, but that's not an option. Tried a couple different pupusas, a chicken tamale, and the tres leches cake.

The pupusas were excellent, especially the fried round "pupusa bomb". Only issue is I prefer more of a vinegar flavor in curtido, though I don't know if that's authentic or what they're trying for. Tamale was similarly excellent, with a tasty red sauce and peppers added to the chicken filling. The tres leches cake was very good, with a mild strawberry flavor and very light and fluffy cake.

Looking forward to going back and trying something else.

I pre-ordered a Tres-leches cake for my son’s birthday and they did a great job! They had a big book of cake decoration options but we went with the simple white with strawberries on top. I ordered a few days in advance for pick up. Had no issues! While I was there, we tried some of their pupusas which they made fresh to order for us, (which I have never tried a pupusa in my life). The simple cheese one were my favorite and the traditional with greens was a unique and yummy flavor. Highly recommend stopping by for the papusas. My husband and kids loved the meat and cheese ones. While we waited for our order lots of folks were stopping in to pick up conchas and other treats from the pastry cabinet. I need to go back and try those! No seating inside. We waited outside on the planter bed for our order. Worth a trip !!!!

Visiting this bakery pupuseria was a delightful experience. I had a corn pupusa revuelta and a rice pupusa revuelta. I also had a Taco a Raja Poblana and just yum! I can’t forget about the breads which was delicious! The flavors were rich, and the crispy exterior added the perfect texture. The staff was welcoming, creating a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this bakery pupuseria to all. Give it a try!
