    Love the food, but the service is just okay..

    Takeout review, entrance is on the corner of the building. Polite hostesses and order was ready on time.

    Tonkotsu Spicy - flavorful broth. $1 extra to make it spicy for unclear reasons. Portion was acceptable and well packaged for travel. Would try again, but try to eat within 5 minutes as it cools off quickly in paper bowls.

    Quinoa Salad - simply mediocre salad, the dressing was quite good. We wouldn’t order it again.

    Side of Crunchy Chicken & side salad - really tasty chicken, level of breading was spot-on.

    I’ll try them again, it’s nice to have a ramen shop so close.

    The food is incredibly good, staff are extremely friendly, and it is beautiful inside. We were graciously invited by the managers to a sneak peek and tasting before they open, and we absolutely love it. I’ll probably be eating here at least once a week! Will update as they officially open.
