It's just Uncle Julio's, but I can't complain since it's cheaper. Less diversity in the menu, but honestly it's just solid. Nothing to complain about.
My brother ordered online,, quick delivery and FRICKING DELICIOUS BURRITOS!!! ORDER FROM HERE ALL THE TIME. BYE BYE CHIPOTL BYE BYE QDOB THIS FRIED CHICKEN PICNIC BURRITO IS SOOOOO YUMMY.. Think its affiliated with uncle Julios tex mex steakhouse idk but all i know is savage burrito is it for me 😁 thanks guys
Ordered through DoorDash. Previous review said it’s uncle Julio’s and it is, it says on their website. But I would honestly recommend a bowl or salad, but not the burritos. Tortilla was soggy, but maybe it was from the delivery but it ruined the whole burrito, everything else inside the burrito tasted fine, I got a burrito with a flour tortilla, Mexican rice, fajitas, spicy chicken(which is not spicy at all which is fine) corn and pico de Gallo. If you’ve ever been to uncle Julio’s you know what these already taste like. I also got a side of chips and queso, the queso was good but the chips were extremely oily, so I would not recommend them. And also an order of churros and chocolate sauce which were good. Would rather prefer ordering food from uncle Julio’s, but this is good because it’s cheaper and quicker, so that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars.
Order from here! I saw this place as an option on the food delivery apps and I thought it was a new restaurant. I tried to look it up on Google Maps and it didn’t exist so I added it. To our delight it is Uncle Julio’s Rio Grande quality Mexican food with a revised menu and different branding for delivery. (Chuck E Cheese did this during the pandemic and called it “Pasqually's Pizza & Wings“). The quality of “Savage Burrito” is the same as Uncle Julio’s since it comes from the same kitchen but the prices are more comparable to Chipotle! We’ve ordered from here twice and I wish I took photos to add to this review but I’ll try to remember to take some next time and add to this review. Both times we’ve added an order of the large chips and queso. There are tons chips included and the queso is the same as Uncle Julio’s so...amazing! For $6 you can’t beat it. Both times I have ordered a build your own salad bowl and adding most toppings are not extra $ which is nice. The salads I’ve built have been large enough for more than one meal (remember chips and queso as well!). With the build your own, there’s an option to add a tortilla, and you better believe that ends up being the next morning’s homemade breakfast taco!
