Amazingly fresh food. I had soup and a veggie wrap. The atmosphere is great. There is a fireplace in the middle of restaurant. It's great to sit around and read. It can get crowded as looks like a favorite hangout place of the locals. Lot of them.looled regulars. I saw many seniors which I believe so d great time there.

Need to work on delivery and getting delivery orders correct. I don't know how many times I have had to contact 1800 to get my items refunded or located...

Very busy IHOP with great service. The wait to be seated is a little long in the mornings but that's expected.

Food is just as good or bad as any other IHOP, depending on your taste. I personally love it.

Predictable menu, good seating with a fireplace. Service good. A bit congested near the counter and condiment bar.

The store manager and staff here are amazing , the customer service is amazing they are consistent and courteous. The store manager Erik goes above and beyond greets customers by name, ensures efficient orders today he pushed my rapid pick up order to be faster and handed my bag to me personally ! He is the same manager that because a cookie i ordered was burnt gave me a bag of cookies ! These are the kinds of things you don’t forget and what makes you favor one location over another. Other stores just don’t compare !
