Ruth's Chris Steak House

Great lunch today. Excellent service. Had the fixed price menu. It was cooked perfectly and was just the right amount of food.

Update: The general manager, Michael, reached out to me in light of my review below. He showed concern after reading my review and was very attentive to my concerns and improving the overall quality of his restaurant/waiters. His care for the restaurant's patrons illustrates his true leadership, generosity, and commitment to Ruth's Chris's brand. He even compensated my husband and I with a gift card which is much appreciated. I will definitely be back to visit this specific location.

The food was excellent as usual. However, we had a very slow, inattentive waiter. Passed my table a few times, looked, and didn’t say anything numerous times. Maybe he couldn’t handle the number of tables he had. He never offered me another cocktail after seeing my glass was empty so I just drank water served from the busboy. I would expect better service which is why I chose this restaurant for New Years Eve dinner. Left before midnight despite free champagne offered to patrons. That says a lot. Like I said, excellent food but poor service from my waiter.

I came here for a large birthday party. The food as always was amazing, but some other areas need to be addressed. Before our dinner we specifically asked for the checks to be broken down by couples. At the time our waiters seemed annoyed, but they agreed. We finished dinner and ask for the checks then all the trouble begins. They tell us they can only break checks into parties of five. For the next hour they broke down checks by couples but the bills were extremely wrong. After the second attempt to get the checks right we just payed so we can get out of there. After this experience I will never come here in a big group again. To end on a positive note the food was amazing as always.

I have changed my review - Original review: The steak was good but the crab cakes were terrible. Tasted like old crab meat and had no flavor other than old crab.
Okay I got a call from the GM at the Tyson Corner restaurant where we ate. He was very nice and we talked about the crab cakes. He verified that there was nothing wrong with the crab that night and week and we decided perhaps the crab they use just isn't for me. He is sending me a gift card. I much appreciate the follow up. And the gift card is a plus. Thank you
