This place is my “little Italy “ Love it- small and comforting environment . Food is great. I haven been going there for many years and love it.
We like this place a lot. They make one of the best margherita pizzas in the area. It always reminds us of our trips to Italy. The decor is a bit disjointed, and the gnocchi sauce tastes canned, but their other pastas are very good and it’s a great place to take kids.
Everything here was amazing, especially their homemade pastas. Our server was gracious and attentive. We'll be back!
My wife and I had a wonderful meal here on a rare date night. The restaurant was packed on a Friday evening and we were seated after a drink at the bar. The food took a little extra time but they were delicious. Even though the kitchen was swamped, food quality was high.
I had the pork chop from the daily specials and it was a satisfying portion, cooked perfectly medium. It was full of flavor and tender. My wife got the Chilean sea bass, also from the daily specials menu. The fish was amazing. Nice light brown crust and so fresh and moist inside, I haven't tasted a better prepared piece of fish in a long time. We shared portions and decided the fish was the star.
We had a leisurely dinner and did not mind the slower than normal pace. If you have young kids or are tight in time, Friday night is not the best time for you. If you want a quality meal and 2 hours to savor the evening, this is a bustling locally owned restaurant where they care about food. We will be going back.
Lots of choices in the atmosphere, in front with picture on the wall, in the middle next to the kitchen, private dining area or the blue light wrap around bar. The place is warm, cozy and the checker table cloths add some whimsy. The menu is full of choices too fire baked pizzas, salads, pasta, meat & seafood specials or standards. The attentive staff is helpful to have it the way you like it. It is a pricier menu but you are in the heart of Vienna, Va. Plenty of wines to choose to compliment your meal.
