(October 4, 2018, 12:43 pm)Lots of options for Italian ice. Staff is attentive and prompt. Soft serve custard and option (wish they had a kid size smaller than their regular small). Limited seating inside and out.

(September 30, 2018, 1:54 pm)Spectacular visit! Great welcoming team member at the front to assist, was very efficient and speedy with getting everything assembled for us and on our way. Store was VERY clean and organized.
The parking situation is actually really decent for Vienna, there's several other great shops nearby that warrant a visit as well.
So thankful Rita's made it to NOVA! Great location and a great business for the town of Vienna. -

(August 26, 2018, 2:11 am)So happy a Rita's shop opened here in Vienna! Now I don't have to drive to PA for the smoothest, creamiest, most delicious frozen custard EVER. And parking is easy to find on the street or behind the shop! Happiness!

(August 14, 2018, 9:30 pm)The place location wise is good, the service was nice, very attentive people. The taste for the ice cream was delicious. The only bad thing would be, parking is really hard to find. I will definitely recomend this place.
