Iron Age Annandale

Great place for Korean barbeque! Service was great and food was delicious! Will be coming back.

So! Iron age in Annandale is only 1 month open and they need to find their groove. Music was way too loud, the bar is not yet full, and it was a stressful energy to get started. However, they did lower the music a tad when we asked, and our waiter Bryan's recommendations were spot on. Starting from: bulgogi, brisket, pork belly, grilled veggies, soy steak, chop steak, shrimp and the sides were great quality, wonderfully seasoned and enjoyed almost every bite (the pork belly did burn a little). They need to fine tune the place, but would definitely come back. 25 bucks a person is a steal. AND our customer service experience was a very positive one. Which is a relief considering they are still hiring for ALL positions still.

Yes, it's not exactly the same set up as Centreville but I enjoyed it. The grill set up takes time to cook the meat but for all you can eat, I'd say it's good for pacing yourself. I think our server was a new hire but the service was good!
