I got Hook and Reel by delivery and it was really delicious. Loved the flounder, so crispy! Reasonable prices too.
Was 23 dollars, and its very big size for it. Its 6 pounds of crayfish, fried oyster and fries. Very nice sauce/gravy with the crayfish I got and the stuff i got. I saved the sauce in a jar because of how good the taste was, very cheap food for a good amount of it and getting lots of tastes and spices. I think i will keep going here until the restaraunt gets replaced because I want to be a loyal customer of this wonderful place.
An item was missing from my order and the manager said she could not refund me for the item because I ordered online. The order online was correct but the staff did not complete the order correctly. I would have been happy if the manager said sorry but the next time you order we will ad it at no charge.
The food, however was good.
The customer service was wonderful. The manager named Aiesha was very friendly and personable. I love great customer service. The service wasn’t long at all.The sauce was good but comparing the sauce from the location I normally do to in Glenarden are totally different. I don’t care for the sauce in Baileys Crossroad at all. Just my opinion. The sauce in Glenarden is much richer and more flavorful.
I eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I love how their customer service is always good and they keep the place well organized constantly. Rates are reasonable and they serve generous portions.
