Great location with multiple other stores located within walking distance. 1 star deducted for customer service: I’ve been there a handle of times and it seems like the people there are always busy and can careless about my questions. I remember I during my meal I ran out baguette and went to the counter to ask for an extra baguette, first everyone was just walking back and forth like they didn’t see me then she said rudely next time by ‘buy extra’. That rubbed me very wrongly.

I didn’t even know Panera existed in DC area until this visit.

Service was above average and fast. Cashier listened and accurately recorded my order.

Food quality has vastly improved over the years since my last visit. My sandwich tasted fresh, most important the bread. And the broccoli cheddar soup was rich and creamy and thick, and hot.

The baguette was cold, I don’t know if that’s normal.

The only disappointment I had was with their selection of pastries. Everything I used to order has been discontinued.
