Tropical Smoothie Cafe

**** UPDATE the owner corrected the issue. He contacted me directly and refunded 30% of the order and gave me a gift card for my inconvenience. I will return to this tropical smoothie and appreciate the owner making an effort to resolve the issue. Advice is to call in a large order not order online***

I tried to leave a message and send an email to the owner/manager however the information on the business card was incorrect and the email bounced back. I was told the manager/owner would not be around for another week or so to resolve my issue. I placed an order the day before to be picked up at 7:45AM. This was $300 worth of smoothies and breakfast wraps for the office. I paid for it and got confirmation that it would be ready at the set pick up time.

When I arrived at 7:40am, they had not even began to work on the order. I proceeded to wait 45 minutes for the order, missed the meeting it was for, and I was an hour late to work because of this incompetence. I was told the manager would refund/discount my order and give me a gift card because I was so inconvenienced and it was such a ridiculous wait time when I did everything right on the customer side. This is unacceptable, especially when spending so much money at an establishment for a large group of people.

My daughter loves their smoothies. And they seem to make her swim fast.

I like ordering via the App and picking up The prep crew can be a little slow, but the smoothies are great and the wraps and quesadillas are surprisingly good!

Love this place and the prices are always fair. Love all the options I can get while here too
