Good food as usual. Wish we could visit more often

The best location Ive been to. Shout out to their entire staff. You make the other locations look like they should be shut down. My food was so fresh. Staff was very professional and polite. I will return. Wish I could give you 10 stars I was that pleased. Dining room was very clean as well.

The food is good and the place is clean, but the customer service is horrible. I went here for lunch one day last week. I stood alone, no other customers in line, for 5 minutes while 4 employees walked back and forth in front of me. They completely ignored me. Each one of them looked up at me during my wait. Not one single smile, greeting, acknowledgement at all. Not even a quick "Someone will be right with you.". Nothing. Finally a young man came out from the back and took my order. He was very pleasant and courteous. Then, while I sat and ate, 2 of the female employees who ignored me while I waited had plenty of time to stand and do nothing while they shot me dirty looks. I will not be back to this particular restaurant. The customer service is the worst I've seen.

A friend convinced me to try this place again, so I did. What a difference. I have change my rating from 3 stars to 5. The place is clean and the food is really good. The customer service has been wonderful. I haven't seen any of the people that were there the day I had such a bad experience. Everyone I've seen since has been just wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.
