    The coffee is the best and the food is good but the service is hit or miss. Sometimes they have 3 people working in the morning and sometimes it's only 1 person. If you go on the 1 person days you wait 10 to 20 minutes.

    Kinda slow. My croissant was burnt. Staff was nice tho.

    Honestly hands down the best customer service yet! I went in not knowing what I wanted because I’ve never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts due to not living in the area. I walked in was greeted by the manager who was so nice and asked me how my day was going rather than just asking what can I grab for you. I told him it was my first time and he recommended me some drinks and food options that are quite popular, and in which I ordered a drink and one food item that he recommended and oh my goodness was I happy with my order! He offered to change it out if I wasn’t satisfied, but I was so there was no need to change it out! Definitely will return before I leave Virginia!
