Jersey Mike's Subs

The store manager, Donnie, is awesome. So appreciative that he was able to pull together a catering box of sandwiches at the total last minute when it normally requires 24 hours. He skillfully responded to multiple, other customers; oversaw an employee; and still finished the box when promised. He also had excellent suggestions of what types of sandwiches to include. My guests loved them.

Let me say, I love Jersey Mike's. But the philly cheese steaks at this location aren't right.

The breads really dry
The meat doesn't taste right
I'm not really sure what the problem is, but I'd appreciate it if a manager looked into it and made sure they are following the correct recipe because I've found myself driving to a different location at least once a week.

The sandwiches are good, the location is well-kept and the associates are friendly and helpful. The rosemary-parm bread is awesome, I'm so glad the manager mentioned it. The subs are a bit on the pricey side, but I get the italian at every sandwich shop and here you are getting FIVE meats and they slice the meat right in front of you, so the price seems to be set accordingly.
Update: I've since been a second time and they turned down the music, which I TRULY appreciated as I was better able to hear the associates while they're making my order. On the second visit they did seem to be multi-tasking a bit and as a result forgot I had asked no ham or cheese and had a mix-up for the gentleman behind me as well. The sandwiches are really good so I'm happy to allow the associates to take a minute more so they get the orders as requested. :)

Great food , employees were awesome , especially a gentleman name Paul very friendly and helpful. Enjoy my visit today.
