HEAT Restaurant & Lounge

Right out of the gate I we could tell that the music was way too loud. The lounge has a nice inviting atmosphere and plenty of hookahs for everyone and unlike other hookah bars I have been to, it is not overwhelmingly smokey or overpowering. We didn't smoke last night, but we ordered a couple of drinks. My lady ordered a margarita breeze, which she sipped and promptly pushed away because it was much too sweet. I ordered a drink called the scorpion, which was surprisingly good, but also kind of sweet, especially considering that it had 4 kinds of liquor in it, I was expecting a more alcoholic flavor. The staff took their time to get to our table, but once they did they were excellent. They were courteous and efficient considering their limited walking space between tables and booths. The music was awesome, but there was also no dance floor to speak of, most people were dancing in their seats. If I had ant recommendations to improve this place it would be for them to reorganize their tables and booths, open up some space for a dance floor, and please, please, please tell the DJ to turn down the music a bit. The music was so loud that my ears felt it long after we left and whilst there could not have a conversation with anyone because we started to get hoarse from yelling at each other when trying to order drinks. It would have been a great spot to hang on a Saturday night, but the loud music sent us home early for the night.

Great atmosphere, Amazing food. Servers and the overall customer service is really good, The management is active and overall it’s a really nice place worth visiting, The best in town.

Definitely gonna be our new go-to spot! The inside is very spacious and open with unique decor; very pleasing to the eye. The service is impeccable. Prompt and so friendly. The hookah was great and lasted a long time. We loved Khaled he even brought us a mint lemonade free of charge just to try! As avid hookah lovers this is definitely gonna be our new spot.

This place is amazing. Great food and the atmosphere is so elegant. Customer service is awesome. Definitely would recommend it to everyone and anyone.

Excellent food and hookah. The server was very patient in helping us select the right hookah. We topped everything off with a thick, creamy strawberry milkshake. Highly recommend.
