    Unfortunately I have to say the inconsistency of my orders (when ordering online for delivery or pickup) disappoints me.

    Usually I can live with it, but today I did order for delivery online and asked for half chicken, half steak and extra of both (surcharge of about $4). Not only did they not put extra protein, they also seemed to have forgotten the steak on my order.

    Again, usually I can live with it... But it's $4... That's more than half the cost of another whole burrito bowl. A dollar shy from the $5 Chalupa Box from Taco Bell. I should have gone to Taco Bell :(

    The staff was nice, but they did not put enough portions in my food. The lady working put a half a scoop of everything in my bowl. It is supposed to be a full scoop, not a half scoop. I was not satisfied.
