Great drinks, food, service, and ambiance. Can't ask for anything better.

Starting with the appetizer my table ordered the grilled octopus and the quinoa salad. They we both very tasty. Also, the bacon jam that comes with the bread is divine. I even used my finger to get the last little bit out of the cup. For the entree I ordered the wagyu beef (daily special) while my friend ordered the NY strip. The wagyu beef was good but my friends NY strip was over cooked and we had to send it back. The waiters were very nice and fixed my friends steak immediately. We did not order dessert, but the desserts the waiter delivered to other tables looked divine.

Harth Restaurant is located in the Hilton Hotel in Tyson's Corner Virginia. The setting is contemporary with lots of space between tables. There are several Fire Places that add a feeling of warmth. The food is very good often using Farm to Table ingredients. Service is excellent. Worth a visit.

Really yummy food. Loved everything we ate here! All the food is fresh and the staff can be a little weird but they weren't rude so that's okay. Their all you can eat breakfast is the best with lots of options to choose from, the soups are hearty too. We weren't too impressed with the mushroom flat bread, it felt too dry. Apart from that, everything was great!
