We placed quite a large order for pick up which they completed ahead of their original estimate despite the restaurant being quite busy & full when we arrived to pick up. The entire order was accurate, nothing missing, and delicious!
Their online system of status updates was very accurate & helpful.
The staff was also very helpful & friendly.

They have two parking spaces right beside their entrance in the parking garage reserved for customers picking up orders, very helpful & convenient!

Always check the order by yourself if you want what you ordered, especially if you customize the order. Based on my experience, the chance you will get an error free order is about 60%.
Management team, please take a look at your order slip and you will know why there are so many mismatch, the way it shows addition and removal is very confusing, do some adjustment to the layout I bet you will get a way better accuracy. Also consider showing the order slip to your food preparing staffs in their mother tongue.

Great sandwiches, soups, and salads! Use the phone app or the kiosks in the restaurant to see the additional things you can put on your sandwich. Parking in the garage is free; just stay oriented to find the door to Panera. They will bring your order to your table (except drinks - you have to get a glass and serve yourself at the drink dispensing area) or bag it for pick up - nice service.

I’ve been to this location on several occasions. I have to say today they finally got it right. Not my order, but the bagel was toasted just right down to my mocha. I was a satisfied customer today. Thank you May for your great customer service, and getting my order together.
