California Tortilla

I love California Tortilla because the food is great, but this location just can’t get an order right. I started using the mobile app to place my order thinking that having it in writing would help but they always give me corn tortillas when I ask for flour. This has happened 3x now and only at this location. Last time I told them they need to make sure the app is working correctly but it happened again a few weeks later so they didn’t resolve the issue.

Also, I usually order the fresh deal with a side and a drink but I have to go out of my way to ask for the cup when I pick up my order. It’s just something that should be automatic... They also had one drink machine that was out of all the drinks I tried!

If they could get the order right and figure out a way to automatically know that you need a cup (it’s on the receipt stapled to the outside of the bag) then I would give them 5 stars. The food is great when they get it right!

Smaller chain that I grew up with, other locations have since closed. Good food! Amazing chips & queso.
