Great staff and great food! Our waiter was very friendly and accommodating. It was a great place to go for a quiet lunch with family.

READ EVERYTHING!! Food is okay but this place is hard to find gluten-free options and it takes awhile to get food. Sometimes food takes 20-40 minutes to get to your table, but they don't have many heathy options either. But manager Kitty is nice and kind and great to be around. She paid for our meal when everything didn't go as well. Over all I've been hear many times and service is pretty good over all.

Update Nov 2018: they have obviously brought in new staff and new managers. Service is much better and everyone was professional, courteous and quick. I had not been at this location since last year and I am very impressed with the improvement of the staff and service.

Dec 2017: We went in for lunch on a Saturday. We were seated after a short wait and then watched 3 servers walk by our table, multiple times, for over 10 minutes. it wasn't that busy in the restaurant, and there were open tables in our section. The servers made no effort to even acknowledge us nor take our drink order. I had a 5 year old that was getting very hungry so at about the 12 minute mark we got up and put our jackets on. That's when a server, "Gabby", was walking by , asked what we were doing, and when I answered that no one had come to our table in over 10 minutes she said "Bye" under her breath. Service at the location has been slow, but this takes the cake. We are huge fans of Bob Evans, but are hugely disappointed with this location.

Best fresh homemade food. Good staff. Many fresh products made daily. Thanksgiving and Christmas meals ready for purchase. Check them out.

Had a great time at this particular bob Evans restaurant with 1 of my friends. It was not very crowded at all at around 8:30pm. Our waiter was very friendly, helpful and informative as he assisted us with our separate dinner orders. The awesome dining rooms were extremely well maintained, organized and taken care of as well as the parking lot by The Way. We were the only people inside the large dining room. Certainly very easy to get to from I-66, route 123 and chain bridge road By The Way. :)
