    Excellent service; food is much better than you would expect from a hotel restaurant. A bit overpriced but so is all of Tysons.

    Shutters is a typical hotel restaurant that seems to be plagued with really bad reviews from a long time ago. The bad reviews swayed me away, but I’m glad I ate breakfast and dinner here on Aug 21, 2018. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection for good food. They have an omelet station manned by and excellent & friendly cook. The omlett was excellent and so was the bacon. The only negative was that the buffet was $22!!! Big surprise and quite expensive.
    Dinner was also excellent. I ordered the Shea martini (Shea is a hotel manager who helped me out) and it was delicious, prime rib panini ($18), and apple cobbler ($7). All excellent choices and reasonably priced.
    Anyway, this restaurant is worth checking out and I believe the problems are likely a thing of the past.
