District BBQ

Love this place, great BBQ and their District Z Sandwich is the best sandwich around town...

The restaurant is located across the street from Harris Teeter at the Dunn Loring Merrifield Metro Station. Free parking on the streets and parking garages. I had the sliced beef brisket with green beans and onion rings. The beef was juicy and tender, and the green beans with onions were very fresh and tasty. Seatings were plentiful, spacious and clean and comfortable. The only downside is there is only one restroom. After eating there a few time, I found it's better to go for lunch than dinner. The meats tend to be drier later, and sometimes run out.

You must go and get their Potato it is LOADED and a meal all by itself. Very clean establishment, the Kansas City BBQ smell is omgoodness and the gentleman behind the register was very kind, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. I'll go back to try some other items you should try them too!

Excellent food and service. Good prices. Took a while for this place to open but it was worth the wait. They have combo meals and if you dont see a combo you want, they will make it for you. Sauces range from mild to put the fire out. Good stuff. Staff was friendly, I'll be back with my wife, I had to check it out first before the wife. Wanted to give her a good report. It's better than Mission BBQ
