Great place to bring the kids and large groups for breakfast. Nothing to fancy but the pancakes and hash browns are always done well. Much better option than any other in the area for breakfast
Food always taste good. We didn't get our food in a timely manner because of one chef missing but the manager made amends and this IHOP clearly cares about customer satisfaction at least. I also like the cost to portion ratio (larger meals at lower prices compared to similar restaurants).
We arrived before the morning crowd and were seated immediately but still had to wait too long for a server, and even longer before the server brought us coffee. Menu selection is extensive, and interesting for most tastes, which is good. We asked the server what specials were offered for veterans since it is Veterans day. He did not know and did not care. We placed our order for Southwest Scramble and Vegetable Omelette, followed by Tres Leches Pancakes. Our platters were delivered by kitchen staff without having to wait long. My wife enjoyed her omelette but my SW Scramble was missing ingredients. We note that IHOP Coffee urns and mugs are much smaller than they used to be. Urns hold only 2 cups and our server never returned to provide refills, so I had to get up and go request more coffee. Server never returned with pancakes so I sought out the manager to report the poor service. She apologized, provided discount and then brought us pancakes gratis. Overall, food was good, but at all costs avoid server named Pedro.
