Eggs & Sushi

Wow found a hidden local gem!

Stopped in for a late lunch and had a little of everything. Smoothie, poke bowl, 3 roll, and a candy cane roll.

First, the foundation, rice, was solid. I believe it was slightly seasoned making it instantly better than most.

Smoothie was really good almost like an icey, but the sweetness was just right after the ice melted just a touch.

Poke bowl was closer to a simple Hawaiian style. Hope they expand to add more options and mix ins, but good.

Then they gave us the soup and salad. Salad was good, and wife refused to share the soup… so yeah I guess it was that good.

Finally the rolls. WOW perfect

Ordered carry out for dinner and the sushi was fantastic. My hubby who is a sushi fanatic stated several times that the pieces were really good and flavorful. We ordered the chirashi and the dinner roll combo. Packed very nicely, the presentation was also great! Will definitely come back again and try breakfast and lunch!

Ordered the Jedi Master Entree and couple signature rolls for our Dad’s birthday party. I already heard good things about them but amount and quality exceeded our expectation! We will definitely cater sushi from here for our next family event!!

This is my second visit to this new place in Springfield. I was in the area for work and saw this place otherwise I would never have come to this place. I had the breakfast burrito, pancakes, and a freshly made smoothie. Delicious! Food has been consistent both visits. The food prep area is clean and spotless. I now visit the place anytime I’m in the area

Cozy - already becoming a favorite. Not just sushi (though Fantastic), but sandwiches and wraps and smoothies, too. Wonderful service - the staff is so nice! Highly recommend.
