I've been here twice now; once for the poke, once for the noodles. Service has been great both times I've been and everything is very clean. That's not where my issue lies.

The poke is a total disappointment. I've had poke at other places where the fish is so well marinated that it's silky, chewy, and has amazing, fresh flavor. That's not the case with Soy! The fish here is bland, the texture isn't great, and they only offer Sriracha as a sauce on the fish. Overall, the toppings, the rice, the sauces, and the portion all left me feeling like it wasn't worth the money.

Soy! redeems itself with its non-poke menu choices. The boat noodles are tasty; plenty of meatballs, pork skins, and other toppings. I only wish it were less sweet. I'd like a more savory soup.

The curry noodles were fantastic, as well. The curry had excellent flavor and the toppings were really unique -- karaage, wonton chips, purple cabbage, and pickled greens. The broth was a tad sweet, but not overly so.

The moo ping are also excellent. They have an amazing grilled flavor and marinade, and are very tender. I would recommend trying them, but be warned that they are quite small in comparison to what they charge.

Not sure how frequently I'd return here, but would be back for the noodles at some point.

Good selection. Friendly staff. On the pricy side but well worth all the food you get!

Tried this place out and was pleasantly surprised with the freshness of their poke! Pretty standard selection of ingredients to choose from, but I also like that they have other dishes besides poke. I’ll definitlely give the noodle soups a try when I come in next time!
