Good Food, Pho and Bun bo hue actually had a lot of meat in it, yum!
Best overall in the area and saves me a drive to Eden Center.
The pho is pretty good. Nothing out of the ordinary but it is clean and has good service overall.
I go here frequently for Pho. It's the best I've had in the Northern VA area. Portions are generous. Minimum to put on a credit card is $10 so if you go alone and only get a small you'll need to order a side
..or bring cash.
The service here is nothing to rave about, there are no frills but it gets the job done when it comes to ordering and paying the bill.
However, the pho broth is very rich with a deep, savory flavor that is just semi-sweet and is seasoned with just the right amount of herbs. They also give you ample amounts of meat and are willing to substitute cuts of meat that you might not like for more of another.
I also tried their noodles with grilled meat and an egg roll. I loved the sweet and salty fish sauce that they gave that had a hint of sourness to it, as well. There was a very pleasant flavor of mint and lime in the dish, as well, which gave just enough acid to complement the grilled Meats in the dish. The accompanying and roll was very crispy and the filling was very savory. I would highly recommend this dish if you are looking for something other than pho to try.
