Bristow CFA is unfortunately a bit on the lower end of the scale when it comes to local CFA franchises. The employees are super nice but it seems the owners may need to provide better training or better management. Order times are far above average especially for the drive through and the restaurant just doesn’t have the same quality as some others. Still love the chain and come here now and then but would love to see them get a few aspects improved.

I eat here almost once a week. When they were at the old location, I avoided the Chantilly store because of their subpar service and old building. Now, they have fantastic service, a great team and super helpful service! I love coming here and I'm glad it's my local CFA!

I love their nuggets and fries! And the employees are very nice too! Will definitely go back.

Nice, clean place. The workers there are of course friendly and helpful. There is always someone walking around helping to clean up ( but please clean up after yourself). Free refills if you ask and unlimited sauces. The food was hot and fresh.

As always food is great and employees are extremely nice and helpful. Lines were long even though the traditional lunch rush was over but the employees got everyone taken care of in a very fast and efficient order. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Over all it is no question why they gave been considered the no 1 fast food chain for several years.
