THRILL ZONE Interactive Fun

I went this place yesterday with my kids 6 and 7 years old boys. They had a lot of fun but for me, it was much expensive than other kids place and not much arcades to play. Also, laser tag was kind of weird. I rather go Dave & Buster's for more various choice of arcades because we could play more with same amount of money. Also I rather go shadow land for laser tag even though this place provide more fancy equipment. One thing is good for this place is... they have escape room. I haven't played but it would he fun too.

Had a great time celebrating our daughter’s birthday! Chris went out of his way to ensure we had a great time. Best laser tag in the area and super friendly staff.

Thrill zone is a great place to bring friends or family and its somthing new any person,especially someone from Chantilly should experience! The staff are very kind and welcoming and they did everything they could to make my stay fun! I love going to thrill zone and I would love to go there again!

I read all the reviews prior to deciding to book my son's 11th birthday party and I am glad I went with my gut instinct. My day started off terrible and I had to cancel my son's surprise birthday party but we decided to go the establishment anyway. Alex was accommodating to me having to cancel and hopefully the refund will be returned in 5 -7 business days as he said it would. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. But there were 2 staff members that stood out amongst their colleagues and they were David and Jose. From the time we arrived until the moment we left they were some exceptional guys. They made my and my son's day. When we arrived it was not crowded at all and the fellas were able to enjoy every game they had to offer to include laser tag twice. The food was fresh and made to order with a great taste. I must say the hour drive I made to get there from DC was well worth it. When my fellas are in the mood for laser tag this place will be the first option. Hopefully they keep up the great work and decide to open an establishment closer to DC and transfer David and Jose there so I can be delighted by their exemplary customer service and genuine care.

The manager is humble and apologetic and it's a shame that he has to be. First time escape room group, which we made very clear, and were told by the employee things were broken, he'd never done this before and wasn't sure if it was set up properly. We asked for some cheat codes a couple times, the combinations given "should work" according to him and it simply put was a disaster. I don't know how they're normally supposed to go, but the fun was taken out of the event with the broken T.V.s and the lack of effort to give our group any introduction. Additionally the young lady working the toy distribution counter had an extraordinary attitude given the number of children throwing cards at her and yelling out what they wanted...she got through it with a smile but clearly needed assistance.
